On the west side of Castle Rock Lake 75' from the waters edge and near one of the best fishing spots on the lake. 50' pier to accommodate your boat. Boat launch is 1/2 mile south by The Dirty Turtle. Boat rentals close by at Caslte Rock Watersports. Our lakefront is great for swimmers and non swimmers alike with a sandy bottom 2 to 6 feet deep depending on variable lake depth or use the public beach a 1/2 mile walk away. Campfire ring by the lake. Deer, fox and other wildlife wander the property on quiet days and nights. Close to snowmobile & 4 wheeling trails and great ice fishing in the winter. Yard games and kids toys in garage. There's an Espresso machine at our coffee bar and a bean grinder. We supply the fresh roasted coffee beans, flavor syrups and whole milk to make your favorite espresso, latte or cappuccino. You won't miss your coffee shop at all! This is our family condo on the lower level. This condo is just off of hole #1. It is very private but has great views of the golf course. It is also just around the corner from the pool, workout facility, tennis courts, basketball court and playground. It is a short walk to the beach and the tiki hut as well. This condo comes with a fully stocked kitchen. All you have to do is bring your food. There is a large open floor plan with the kitchen and family room. Lots of room for the family or a group of golfers to gather. Nice gas fireplace and a patio to sit back and watch the other golfers on Hole #1. There are 2 bedrooms, each has a queen bed. There is a den (with a door) that has a pull out couch. There are 2 bathrooms that are fully stocked. We also have a full laundry facility in the condo. This condo is also being put on the market.
